Black Composite Slatted Cladding F Trim

Our Black Composite Slatted Cladding F Trim is engineered to deliver a crisp, contemporary edge detail for modern cladding schemes. As a reveal trim, it frames windows, doors and vertical terminations, concealing cut board ends and giving the façade a clean, finished appearance.

The trim measures approximately 3.6m in length, 7.5cm in width and 2.5cm in depth. The deep Black colour is designed to coordinate perfectly with our Black composite slatted cladding boards, allowing the trim to blend in visually while accentuating the overall lines of the installation.

Constructed from recycled wood fibres and plastic, this composite profile provides excellent weather resistance and durability, with far less maintenance than traditional timber trims. It is suitable for both residential and commercial projects where a strong, modern aesthetic and long service life are key priorities.

Identify the areas where Black F trims are needed and carefully measure the lengths required for each section.

Cut the trim to size with appropriate tools, ensuring each cut is straight and accurately follows your measurements.

Pre-drill holes along the length of the trim, keeping a maximum spacing of around 600mm to provide secure and even fixing.

Use suitable countersunk screws to ensure the screw heads sit flush or slightly recessed once tightened.

Position the F-shaped trim behind or adjacent to the slatted cladding boards, checking that it is level and in line with the intended finished edge.

Fix the trim securely using the pre-drilled holes, then install the cladding boards so they sit neatly against the trim to form a sharp, professional reveal.
