Antique Composite Slatted Cladding F Trim

Our Antique Composite Slatted Cladding F Trim is the perfect finishing profile for cladding installations that require a classic, timber-inspired look. Acting as a reveal trim, it provides a smart border around windows, doors and edge details, helping to disguise cut ends and sharpen the overall presentation of the façade.

Each trim is approximately 3.6m long, 7.5cm wide and 2.5cm deep. The Antique colour is designed to coordinate seamlessly with our composite slatted cladding boards in the same shade, giving a harmonious finish across the entire wall.

Made from recycled wood fibres and plastic, this composite F trim offers reliable performance in outdoor environments, with minimal maintenance when compared with traditional timber. It is an excellent choice for both domestic and commercial cladding projects where a long-lasting and attractive finish is required.

Plan where Antique F trims are required within your cladding layout and measure the necessary lengths for each section.

Cut the trim to size using appropriate composite cutting tools, ensuring clean and accurate edges.

Pre-drill fixing holes along the length of the trim, keeping spacing to a maximum of around 600mm to provide consistent structural support.

Select suitable countersunk screws so the heads sit flush once fixed, helping maintain a neat appearance.

Position the F-shaped trim behind or alongside the cladding boards, checking that it is straight, level and aligned with the desired edge line.

Screw the trim firmly into place, then install the slatted cladding boards so they sit closely against the trim, completing the reveal detail.
