Our Co-Extrusion Composite Flat Fencing Board in Teak is the perfect choice if you like the look of traditional timber but want a fence that is easy to live with and built to last.

Each board is approximately 20.7cm wide, 1.8m long and 2cm deep, providing generous coverage and a solid profile for privacy fencing. The Teak finish offers a warm, natural tone that works well in both classic and contemporary gardens, pairing nicely with greenery, paving and timber-effect decking.

Thanks to advanced co-extrusion technology, the board features a protective outer layer with a realistic woodgrain pattern over a durable composite core. This construction helps the board resist typical weather-related issues such as fading, warping and splintering, while also reducing the need for regular treatments. A simple occasional wash with mild soapy water is usually all that’s required.

These boards are designed for use within a compatible composite fencing system. They can be stacked or slotted between posts to create full-height fence panels or used as replacement slats in an existing fence run.

The Teak board is one of six colours in the range—Teak, Anthracite, Antique, Charcoal, Light Grey and Walnut—allowing you to coordinate your fence with the rest of your outdoor design.

Use these Teak composite boards within a suitable post-and-rail or channel-based fencing system. Always follow the specific instructions for your chosen system, but you can use the steps below as a general guide:

Plan the fence line and set posts
Mark out your fence run and determine the spacing between posts to suit the 8m board length. Dig post holes, set posts in concrete and ensure they are plumb, aligned and at the correct height. Allow the concrete to cure fully before fitting boards.

Fit the bottom rail or channel
Install the lower rail or channel between the posts at your chosen starting height. Check it carefully with a level, as this will define the line of the first board and the overall look of the fence.

Install the first board
Place the first Teak board into the bottom support, making sure it is fully seated and level. Take time to position this board correctly, as it forms the base of the panel.

Build up the panel
Add additional boards above, stacking or fixing them according to the fencing system’s guidance. Check alignment and spacing as you go so the panel remains straight and visually consistent.

Fit the top rail and finishing trims
Once the panel has reached the desired height, install the top rail or capping piece to lock the boards in place. Add any trims or finishing profiles supplied with your system to conceal fixings and tidy edges.

Inspect and clean
Check that all boards are secure, posts are straight and the fence line is even. Clean away dust and debris using water and a soft brush. Future maintenance is typically limited to occasional washing to keep the boards looking fresh.
